When you complete your transaction, you are agreeing to the following:
YOU AGREE: If alcohol will be on premises, proof of a banquet permit (physical or electronic copy) is required at time balance is due. If evidence of alcohol is discovered without a banquet permit and payment of the additional damage deposit, there will be an automatic deduction of $150 from the damage deposit.
YOU AGREE: Building must be cleaned and vacated by the time indicated on the contract. If not cleaned and vacated by contracted time, renter will incur an hourly fee for cleaning and an hourly fee for occupancy based on 2 TIMES the hourly rate for the time used beyond the contract. These fees will automatically be deducted from the damage deposit.
YOU AGREE: This is for the use of the Auburn Masonic Temple (KSMTA) and certifies that the included information is accurate and correct.
YOU AGREE: To exercise the utmost care in the use of the premises and property.
YOU AGREE: To adhere to all the rules and regulations of the hall.
YOU AGREE: Shall indemnify and hold harmless the Auburn Masonic Temple (KSMTA) board, its elected and appointed officials, its employees and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, suit actions, payment and judgments as a result of injury or death of any person, or property damage to any property sustained by renter, its agents, guests or employees in the execution of this rental agreement, including any and all expenses, legal or otherwise, incurred by the board or its representatives in the defense of any suit or claim.
YOU AGREE: The Auburn Masonic Temple (KSMTA) board is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
YOU AGREE: I also understand that the City of Auburn ordinances apply to this rental application.
YOU AGREE: The Auburn Masonic Temple (KSMTA) board and management reserve the right to cancel or terminate this contract at any time at no cost to the Auburn Masonic Temple (KSMTA).
YOU AGREE: The renter shall be responsible for all guests occupying the building during their said rental time.
